    I’m an Organizational Care Strategist who helps organizations become places
    where people can do their best work and live whole, meaningful lives.

    For over two decades, I have been at the intersection of leadership, organizational health,
    and personal thriving. I long to see the work as a place where people can solve
    the world’s biggest problems, while thriving personally and professionally.

    Drawing from my time in organizational development, providing corporate chaplaincy,
    and my doctoral work in adaptive change, I work with organizations to help them lead change.
